Happy 1st wedding anniversary!

That's right, you read that correctly Bill and I have been married for one year as of September 1st.  It has been an amazing first year with many highs as well as lows, to celebrate we decided to take a trip.  We went on a mini road trip to the East coast and stayed in Atlantic City at Caesars. We had a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the city from the 37th floor.  I have never been to the East coast and thought this would be the perfect time to do so, I had some comp rooms available which meant a FREE stay for us, 4 days 3 nights.

We spent 4 days relaxing, drinking and spending time with one another, walking up and down the boardwalk, basically spent 4 days doing nothing.  It was a much needed vacation as our lives have become very busy over the past few months.   On our last day we spent a few hours down by the ocean, played in the sand and caught a perfect sunset.

 

                                                                  

 

Overall it was an amazing trip, I look forward to another road trip with my husband.   It turns out that I am the better long distance driver out of the two of us.  I actually enjoyed the driving more than I thought I would, probably because it was mostly beautiful scenery.
