How we met, reconnected and got engaged...
Billy and I have known one another for about 13 years, we met through Steve Estebanez, Billy's best friend. We dated for about 3 weeks when I was a junior in high school; Billy was crazy and enjoying life and I was trying to get through high school maintaining my GPA, I was not even thinking of a relationship.
We remained acquaintances throughout the years and would see each other at Steve's house, or at our God child's birthday parties.
In February 2011 we reconnected through a Facebook message, Billy started talking with me and we talked about how our day went and then before we signed off, we exchanged numbers and Billy asked "you want to go out Saturday night"? I replied "sure".
Our first date was perfect, we went to Texas Roadhouse. I was so nervous, got dressed up and put makeup on and my sister Tiffany was like "you don't need to do all that, he is very laid back". That he was, he wore a Dickies t-shirt, blue jeans and his Harley Davidson boots.
We officially started dating February 5, 2011.
